Friday Favorites: A Clean Kitchen

Are you like me? Do you like to clean house before leaving for vacation?

I think it is “a thing” I learned from my mom. Thinking back to living at home we always had to pick up and clean the house before we left for a trip. There is nothing like coming home to a clean house.

Adam and I  have a gas stove with a glass/ceramic cook top. I hate when water boils out of the pot or grease splatters while we are cooking. There always seems to be something stuck in the creavese of the cooking surface- a horrible mess that is so difficult to remove. I have tried product after product, scrubbing and scrubbing to remove the “gunk” and not much of a difference was made…..until I came across this little beauty at HomeGoods.

Parker & Bailey Cooktop Cleaner– it is FANTASTIC and our Friday Favorite!

Shake. Pour a little of the concoction on the dirty area and scrub. I used a Scotch Brite No Scratching Heavy Duty Sponge, but with a little scrubbing and not much effort on my part our cooktop surface was spick and span! I highly recommend giving it a try if you have trouble getting your cooktop area to look brand new too!
